Who May Enter the Hunt
Munex is offered for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. By downloading or using the app, you confirm that you are legally able to accept these Terms under applicable laws and that you will use Munex only in ways that are lawful where you are.
If you are below the age of digital consent required in your place of residence, you may use Munex only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who reviews these Terms with you.
Access Without a Forced Account
Munex does not require registration or sign-in. There is no mandatory account system, password vault, or profile management layer inside the app. Your hunt progress, mission status, color-wall finds, scene-rule preferences, and sound-lane clips live on the device you use, subject to the storage and permission model described in our Privacy Notice.
Because usage is device-local rather than account-bound, uninstalling the app or clearing its data may remove content you have saved. You remain responsible for any device-level backups you choose to keep outside Munex.
How the Dual Spin Loop Works
Munex centers on a dual-axis spin: one draw yields a target color chip, and a second independent draw yields a scene rule from the rules you keep enabled in your Rule Deck. Together they form an active mission. You may then capture or import an image that you believe satisfies both constraints, optionally attach text notes, voice-to-text notes, or a scene audio recording, and save the result to your Color Wall and, when audio is attached, to Sound Lane.
You decide whether a find matches the dual constraints. Munex does not automatically verify color accuracy through scanning algorithms or remote review. Scene rules describe shooting constraints such as subject type, viewpoint, or material; they are creative prompts, not legal instructions about where you may photograph.
License to Use Munex
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run Munex on devices you own or control, solely for personal use of the features we provide. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, rent, or create derivative works from the app except to the extent applicable laws expressly allow such activity despite this restriction.
All software, visual design, dual-spin presentation, rule-card copy that we author, trademarks, and related materials remain our property or that of our licensors. Your license does not transfer ownership.
Conduct on the Street Hunt Path
When using Munex you agree that you will not:
- Use the camera, microphone, speech recognition, or photo library features to capture or store content you are not entitled to capture or store.
- Upload, import, or save material that is unlawful, harassing, exploitative of minors, or that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Interfere with the app's local storage integrity, attempt unauthorized access to device areas beyond the permissions you grant, or misuse accessibility interfaces to disrupt other users' devices.
- Misrepresent Munex as providing navigation, emergency services, medical advice, or identity verification.
- Use automated scripts or scraping tools against any online endpoints we may later publish, if any; today Munex is designed as an offline-first device experience for core hunt features.
Your Finds, Notes, and Scene Audio
Images, text notes, transcribed voice notes, and scene recordings you create or import remain your responsibility. You grant us no ownership interest in that content. Because finds are stored on your device for display inside Color Wall and Sound Lane, you control deletion of individual finds through the in-app delete actions we provide.
If you choose to share screenshots or recordings outside Munex using system share sheets or other tools, those external channels are governed by their own rules. Munex does not operate a social feed or public gallery.
Built-In Materials and Third-Party Surfaces
Color chip catalogs, scene-rule packs, illustrative assets, ambient sound beds, and interface chrome are provided for use inside Munex. Some system capabilities (camera, microphone, speech recognition, photo library access, and Apple platform frameworks) are governed by the terms of the platform provider. Links to external pages, if shown inside Profile, open in your browser or system viewer and are not part of Munex itself.
Changes to Features and These Terms
We may update Munex to refine the dual-spin experience, Sound Lane, visual mood settings, or related tools. We may also revise these Terms. Continued use after an update becomes available constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable laws require a different process. If you disagree with a material change, stop using Munex and remove it from your device.
Risks of a Creative Street Capture Tool
Photographing and recording in real environments involves personal judgment. Lighting, weather, and device capability can affect results. Ambient loops and interaction sounds are optional atmosphere; they are not alerts. Munex is entertainment software. It is provided on an as-available basis, and we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that every spin outcome will feel equally achievable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws, Munex and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of locally stored finds if your device fails. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Munex will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for obtaining the app copy that gave rise to the claim, or a modest statutory minimum where such caps are restricted by relevant regulatory requirements.
Stopping Use
You may stop using Munex at any time by closing and uninstalling it. We may discontinue distribution or restrict access if the app is used in ways that breach these Terms or create safety or legal risk. Sections that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, liability limits, and dispute language) continue after your use ends.
Disputes Under Applicable Laws
These Terms are interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and relevant regulatory requirements, without selecting a particular national or regional forum in this document. If a disagreement arises that cannot be resolved through ordinary correspondence, either party may seek resolution before competent dispute resolution bodies available under those applicable laws.
Nothing in this section limits non-waivable consumer protections that relevant regulatory requirements may preserve for you.
